you get the t rex skull in parchment desert after you get four oasis seeds, it is by the last oasis i am still having problems finding the skull 2 i have every other piece but it
early in the game keep on checking in the store for t-rex head and then when you get it, look for the rest of the body parts. hope this helped! :)
