On the passenger side under the hood there is two fuse boxes. the smaller one will have the two fuses for the air pump. The top 50 amp fuse is for the air pump the bottom one is the Air relay.

You must first pump the clutch about 50 times.This system is a pressurized system.you have to pump the cluth 40 to 50 times EVERY time.Once the air is out of the system,you must pump it up to create a stored pressure.
if it is a 3.1 u loosen the 4 screws on the pulley on the water pump then remove the belt using a 3/8 drive ratchet then remove the screws the rest of the way and remove the pulley which will allow u access to the actual bolts that hold the water pump to the engine its self remove all of those if the pump doesnt fall off gently pry it off clean surface on engine for installation of new pump use some kind of sealent on gasket of new pump and reverse the removel instruction fill with antfreeze and water 50/50 mix be sure to bleed the air out of the cooling system...
