You must take it to the dealer. They will plug in the computer and reset the parameters for that function. Chek a couple different dealers. Some will charge to do it, others will not. If they want more business from you, they won't.
I believe you have to take it to a Jeep dealership & they can program it. If you keep pressing the unlock button on your key fob (about four times) it will start chirping. The same for locking.
