first when u go to mt pype u defeated all the team mamga u go ahead talk to the old lady she will give u a mamaga emblem after that fly or walk to the place where u took ur cable car to the 4th gym and go down the slope and slowy u it will say something respone to the mamga emblem and go in defeat all the mamga grunts and to the boss and u will see grodoun and suddenly blue orb will shine and grodon move away and after u battle mamga boss go out of the hideout and fly to slateport city and go to the place where they have port there should be alot of people outside talk to the reporter and after that go in u will see capt stern and team aqua after that they will dive under water and u can fly to lilycove and the team aqua will be gone hope it helps and sory for the bad explanation coz i not good in explaining things
