It depends what you mean. in terms of getting a better high from your weed you should smoke out of a bong. Smoking a joint will only enable you to properly use 20% of the THC while a bong uses somewhere between 70-80% of the THC thus resulting in a much stronger high.
On the other hand if your talking about growing and/or harvesting weed once your done drying out your bud take the stuff that you would normally not smoke (leaves stems) and make hash.
Also if your smoking out of a Bong or pipe you can scrape out the resin left in the bowl and smoke that. This is something that takes time to do and although it might get you high the resin that you are smoking is full of tar and carcinogens which wont cause cancer but aren't very good for your lungs.
