You currently cannot get them.
You can only unlock them during 'holidays', or 'special events' that you have to be ingame for.
And, you can never buy them with cheese. You just unlock them. (For example, during Christmas, people collected presents located on maps. At certain times, you could open the presents you collected, and get a random 'black' gift from the shop (a Christmas related gift, of course) ).
