This is extreamly hard.You have to do all races collect all the tokens beat all combat tours and you have to beat all city events.I diddnt even get him for the ps2 or the xbox360.I heard threre is a cheat that works.Go to ask and type "WHAT IS THE CHEAT FOR ULTIMATE SPIDERMAN?"

∙ 14y agonow i assume you are on about spiderman 3 if you are you get all 50 spidey emblems then press the left direction button as normal to turn into black suit spidey oh and just incase your wondering if you can play venom you cant and i know cuz i got all 100 meteroite fragments and nothing happens trust me

After you beat the game go to playable characters and then click Black Suited Spiderman it will let you play the game a second time with a black suit for the whole game. F-U-N :)
