To be able to get the blue key keeper, you have to fall down a certain hole in which has the red spongy thing you have to jump on...
When you jump it, you'll reach the higher clouds and then you defeat the ninjas, get diamonds and then you'll eventually reach the blue key keeper...:)

so you go down to the bottom part of the place (where you see a red gumdrop.) you jump on it, and it bounces you up to the clouds, where the blue key keeper is. you just have to go to the next-next-next cloud on your right. then you see the blue key keeper. the red one is on the bottom part of the place.
