Well . . . Um . . . cheat. You MIGHT be able to trade . . . megachips? I don't think so . . . Cheat. Best bet. Actually, I think when entering the commlink, there's a possibility that the complete the library function may be on, in which case you might be able to order the chip from Higsby with the OrderSys. A friend with the blue version and a copy of the Bowlman chips is required.

Blue has Punk, Bowlman (not Mistman), and the gigachips Folderback, DeltaRayEdge, Darkaura, and Bass+. That's more or less it. The Punk chip is still only available by special event (long since over) and cheating regardless of version.
