remove the wheel, remove the brake caliper, the rotor should come right off. If the caliper has never been removed, there may be a keeper holding it in place. This retainer looks like a star lock washer and should be carefully removed so that it can be reused.

remove tire calipers brake assembly then pull your rotors off i would recomend putting new brake pads if your putting new rotors you will need a special puller for the rotors cause they are pressed on
