I have Never heard of Benco City but what i can tell you is the person who sent a answer before this said that the 2 islands above Iron Island is Forbiden island and Benco city.But that is wrong.Those 2 islands are Crescent Moon Island and New Moon island and on crescent moon island You see Cresselia and on New Moon Island you see Darkrai.Sorry but i hope i helped any. he's talking about the ones near the path to snowpoint
