Off white is created by adding just enough of another color to tone the white down slightly. Adding a small amount of Payne's gray will tone the white down slightly. Using a small amount of burnt umber or burnt sienna will make it slight toned down toward a brown color or beige. A drop of yellow makes a good highlight color by toning down the white in a sunny situation. You can make any off white you want and have it go in the direction you want it to be.
