How do you get the emerald in Club Penguin?

The emerald is earned through the game treasure hunt, and there is a stamp for getting it. You also get 100 coins.

To get it, you must wait until rockhopper visits(check the lighthouse at the beacon). You must have the key to the captains quarters (found in rockhoppers journal) and go in the captains quarters. Then join a game and wait for a person to play with you. To get the emerald, i recommend to dig were a ruby could be and if it isn't there, look somewhere else. If it is there, wait for the other player to dig it up, which they most likely will. More info can be found in the instructions, found on a wall in the captains quarters.
