It is a random drop. I got it the first time i killed it. then i sold it and went back and got it again the second time i killed it.

You Type /join dwakel then you go across bridge and run >>> way not in the machine thing but past the guard and you shld see a barrier bot kill it and run past it and there is the MITHRIL MAN you should get a friend or 2 and keep killing him till he drops enforcer class you have to be patient because its a very rare drop i tried about 20 times and still haven't got it. anyway just keep trying and u will eventually get it
