You either go to a toys r us during the event, trade 4 1 over wireless ( NOT WI-FI!!!!), or u cheat. I'm sorry, but there's no other way. I missed the event, & now I have to buy Pokemon emerald or ruby/sapphire & migrate the Reggis from there to get regigigas. unfortunately, my sister pored H20 on my DS, so now I'm screwed.
