Evil is reputation. You can gain exp from Graveln's(the shadowfall empress)quests. In the first quest, all you have to do is to kill slimes.(!!!! normal green slime is ok. a lot of people think that they have to kill the king-sized purple slime!!!!)The second quest(rattle battle) you have to kill rattle bones in brutul keep. There is another quest for free accounts but it needs rank 4 evil. I forgot the name but it the fourth quest on the quest list. it gives you 600 rep just to kill about 8 skeletons!
