You don't. Once you have lowered it to blow under the bed, you can't raise it up. To get past it going left, you have to jump on the bed : go to the computer and jump on the thermostat on the wall. Turning it to the red zone will turn on the room's heating vent, which is next to the bed. Dump over the trash can and some of the paper items will float in the updraft. Climb up on them to reach the bed.
