As an adult, with the Goron bracelet, catch a fish/bugs (fish is easier)
You can't have any Deku Sticks. Equip the fish, go to the fishing pond in Lake Hylia (use the magic bean you planted as a kid/use the scarecrows song if you know it) and do the "Steal the Fishing Rod" glitch.
Jump into the water till the B button dims. Get out. Pause. Unpause. You should have Deku Sticks on B.
Get out the Fish. Catch the same fish in the same bottle.
Backflip, press fish button and then B before landing. You should have an empty bottle on B. If not, catch the fish and repeat last 2 steps.
Dump the fish and catch it with the B button.
Re-equip your sword and marvel at your new Green Gauntlets.
You can get Black without the Goron bracelet, Green with it, Blue with the silver gauntlets and bronze with the golden gauntlets. All have the strength of the golden gauntlets.
