If you mean Jigglypuff, Toon Link, and Wolf, then:
Jigglypuff is in the swamp. After you finish the first part of the level, defeated False Diddy Kong, and arrive at the place where there are cannons and water, you will see a new door next to the first Jyk. Go in, battle Jigglypuff, and she joins your team.
Toon Link is in the Forest. Battle the first batch of enemies and go into the first door you see. Defeat him to have him join your team.
Wolf, in the Ruins. In the place where you see the platform going down with crystal-like spikes, at the bottom there will be a new door. Go in, battle Wolf, defeat him and he joins your team.
