You can't make honey, bees make it. You can harvest it yourself.
There are many web sites on bee keeping and harvesting honey. Check them out. Many people even keep bees in the city. That's how all the trees and shrubs in the city get pollinated.
For me this is a difficult question to answer, so maybe some will ask why answer it. Maybe I feel compelled.
Honey glaze differs depending on what it is being made for but in most instances it is usually made for breads, cakes, donuts (my favorite ), ham/pork and chicken. It can be sweet or savory or spicy depending on your preference. Since I don't know what you will be using you glaze for I will offer you two recipes; one meat and the other a pastry glaze.
HONEY GLAZED HAM
6 lb. smoked ham
1/3 c. honey
1/3 c. brown sugar, packed
1/4 c. Orange Juice concentrate
Place ham on rack in shallow baking pan. Bake in preheated 325 degree oven for about 2 hours and 30 minutes. Mix honey, sugar, orange juice concentrate. Bake ham for 30 minutes longer, basting frequently with honey mixture
Donuts Honey glaze
1 c honey
1/2 c water
1 tsp lemon juice
Boil the mixture briefly and then remove from heat. Quickly dip donuts in hot syrup. Place dipped doughnuts on waxed paper till the glaze cools and sets. They'll still be sticky, enjoy.
It is not possible to make real honey without bees. Fake synthetic honey can be made and is often passed off as real honey in the grocery store.
