First, you must convert the video file into .MTV format (just Google MTV converter) "WinAVI is preferred MTV converter" Second, when converting set the video size to 128x96 Third, just throw the converted video anywhere on the Coby (go into my computer and access it that way, windows media player seems to have problems when adding videos to the Coby) ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Dont listen to that guy,, he obviously doesn't have the player.. Run the Install for Coby Media Manager when you plug in your Coby Mp4 player After you install it run the program,, don't have to register,, then on the side where it says MOVIES, click there, drag and drop video files there, then right click on the video you just added and click Synchronize [Coby Mp4 player has to be connected],, the program will convert the file to .MTV itself then transfer the file to your mp4 player Good Luck I got a bunch of The Office episodes on mine ,, nice time killer at work CokeandAcid
