When you have driven the toy truck to the Science Room and escaped Mr. Silva and the shrink ray, he is shrunken and you can get back to your normal size. You will automatically appear at the Science Fair, where the tiny Silva is an exhibit and CJ has won the fair. You receive the island Medallion.
