go to HQ then go in the little door where all the inventions are then get the fan then go to the beacon then then get the fan then click on the thing floating with the ballon then get the scissors from the spy phone then click on it and inside there will be the jet pack fuel

∙ 13y agoFirst you need to get the A.C. 1000 (the fan) from the Gadget Room, then go to the Beacon. The jetpack fuel will be floating off in the distance, so use the A.C. 1000 to blow it closer. Then use the Spy Phone's scissors to cut it from the balloon.
