How do you get the key on the bookshelf when Mr Filch is walking around on Harry Potter and the Philosopher's Stone for PlayStation 1?

Sneak past Filch and Mrs Norris to collect the invisibility tokens. Once you've done that you should be able to get the key and go through the doors.
