To make an image semi-transparent in GIMP, you can adjust the opacity of the layer containing the image. Simply select the layer, go to the "Layers" menu, and adjust the opacity slider to the desired level. This will make the image appear semi-transparent.
To change the language on GIMP, go to Edit > Preferences > Interface > Language. From there, you can choose the language you want to use by selecting it from the drop-down menu.
Go to the brushes box and to the side you will see a small menu button. In that menu go to 'load brushes'. Your box will pop up then you can find the file and voila, you have a new brush to use!

To merge layers in Premiere Pro, select the layers you want to merge, right-click, and choose "Merge Layers" from the dropdown menu. This will combine the selected layers into one.
You do Ctrl + L, which opens the layer box. Where it says Layers, accross from that if a small arrow pointing left, towards the Layers writing. Click that, then roll your curser over "Add tab", you then choose which ones you want, e.g. Channels, Paths.Hope this helped:')
You can change hundred of settings at Brushes palette. Window > Brushes or You can reset tool. To reset brushes select Brush from Toolbox then right click on Brush icon on Options Bar (right below File menu) and choose Reset Tool. Resetting tool will reset all brushes to their defaults.
Go to Edit menu>Preset Manager> make sure preset type is set to "Brushes"> Click on the "load" button> select your brush file from wherever you saved it to> then click "load."
To create a tile pattern in GIMP, you can use the "Filters" menu and select "Map" followed by "Tile." Adjust the settings to customize the pattern, such as the number of tiles and spacing. You can also use the "Pattern Fill" tool to apply the tile pattern to your image.
Open Paint.Net, from the Window menu choose "Layers".
