to get the legendary Pokemon in rock town you have to go in and out of the cave 3 times then physically do the Macarena i know this seems foolish but trust me it's the only way once that is done return into the cave and battle 5 Pikachus you must walk around until you find and defeat 5 of them other Pokemon will frighten the legendary Pokemon however if your Pokemon dies before the 5 Pikachus you will have to start over from the beginning then go to the door of the cave and go around the cave in a clockwise swirling formation after which you will have to do it again counter clockwise until you reach the door again then physically call out your name 4 times in a duck voice and the next Pokemon you encounter should be the legendary Pokemon in rock town
