if your talking about the pistol built on the hidden blade then you have to go to Leonardo with the codex page that shows him how to build it. you atomatically get it after assassinating one of the templars.

Not at all! The story isn't finished yet! The people who make Assassin's Creed are making an Assassin's Creed III game which is coming out in 2012 which will not have Ezio in it anymore and instead it will have another person from long in the past.
