To get the four Call of Duty waw zombie maps for call of duty black ops, you needed to purchase the hardened or prestige edition of Call of Duty Black Ops. In these two editions, are codes that you can enter to unlock them.

This will only get you 3 Maps and not the other 6 zombie maps that are possible on Black Ops. 4 of those you only get with the PS3 or Xbox 360 Hardened and Prestige editions and they come from the WAW. One Ascension comes only with the First Strike map pack that is not available for the Nintendo systems and one Call of the Dead will be released for the Escalation Map pack in May and June

Verruckt is from the Map Pack 1 to the game Call of Duty World at War and has only been made available in the hardened and prestige edition of the black ops game which included the 4 world at war zombie maps. While purchasers of the standard edition of black ops have expected that the maps will become available to them there has been no hint from Treyarch and Activision that they will even release more of the sold out hardened editions or any other form of the 4 world at war maps. The sold out games are available on amazon for triple the original $80 cost and also as game disc from the prestige edition for $200 while the other items from the edition are sold as separates
