The missing journal page from the professor's book is atop the ruins. To get it, push the big rock over until you can jump to the vine. When you reach the platform, jump hard to the left and you will land on top of the ruins.
The missing Translation Page from Professor Hammerhead's journal is on top of the ruins. You can reach it by pushing the large block to the right, climbing the vine, and jumping left from the platform. (see related question)
Professor Hammerhead's journal (in the Shark museum) had the translation key for the hieroglyphics. But that page is missing. You will find it on top of the ruins. You have to spell the word "open" in hieroglyphics. (see related question)
On Shark Tooth Island, the code to the locked door in the ruins is on the missing journal page (on top of the outside ruins). You must spell "open" in the ancient symbols, which are the 3rd, 4th, 6th, and 7th symbols counting from the left.
