Once a moshling appears in your garden, you click on it and will be given the choice to "keep it" or "set it free".
If you are a free Basic Member, and click "keep it", the moshling will go into your house. If you already have two moshlings in your house, one of the other ones will be set free.
If you are a paid Moshi Member and click "keep it", the moshling will go into your house. If you want to switch moshlings between your house and your zoo, go to your zoo and click on the moshling you want in your house and it will go into your house. If you already have six moshlings in your house, one of the other moshlings will go to the zoo.

The Moshling Zoo is the place where your moshlings go when they are not in your house. You can go to the Moshling Zoo to read about the moshlings, see which moshlings you have and which ones you still need to collect, and to put different moshlings into your house. The Moshling Zoo is only available to paid Moshi Members.
