I don;t think there is a move called "scale" but you have to beat one of the gyms to get the hm move "rock climb" its the move where you climb up the little grey rocks all up and down a hill or mountain....im not sure, but i think you get rock climb from the velistone gym leader. Hope this helps!!

∙ 14y agoHidden move scale?! I guess that doesn't exist! If you are talking about the item Heart Scale:
- you can find it underground although it's uncommon (there are other hard ways)
Or, if you want the hidden machine Rock Climb:
- you can find it in the route that goes to snowpoint city. There's a house and behind it it's your HM! Good Luck !

∙ 11y agoit is an HM and you get it right before snopoint city and you will find it in the snow near a house and once you get rock climb go in the house and talk to the guy he will give you something. Hope This Helped!! :)
