First you have to beat the elite 4 and champion. Then you have to make sure that you have at least seen if not caught all the Pokemon in sinnoh. At that point you would have seen most of them. the Pokemon you are likely not to have seen are Rotom Mesprit Dialga and a few others. To get Rotom go into old chateau in eterna forest at night and find it in a TV. to see mesprit surf in lake verity to the small island and go inside and talk to it. to see dialga you will have to go to celestic town and talkto cynthias grandmother in her home. she'll show you it in a book
