How do you get the ninja perk in modern warfare 2?

once u reach level 4 u get to create a class. Pick class 1, then it shows perk 1, perk 2, perk 3. Press on perk 1 to pick something u like. U can do the same thing with the other 2 perks. U get new perks once u start leveling up. For example bling is unlcoked at level 22 and it lets u have 2 attachments on ur weapons

when you get the Pro, it still does that, but now your footsteps are silent. Its a great perk for a stealth or sniper class. or just if you're planning on camping. :)

Once your online profile is level 4 you can access "Create a Class" Here you can customize your loadout and use perks 1,2,3. These are unlocked as you progress through online play. Perks are not available for the Single Player Campaign mode

To unlock the tier 3 perk Ninja, rank up to the required level. You can find out what level that is if you select "Perk 3" when modifying your custom class in multiplayer.
