when your going to spear pillar when you first go out side use rock climb at the bit then turn right and you will find an opening use surf at the water then use water fall on the water fall and go in the opening there will be two pokaballs THAT contain stones to get DIALGA AND PALKIA!

You don't need the orbs to catch Dialga or Palkia, they are just to power them up. You can catch them in the battle you have with them. PS The orbs are where they were on Spear Pillar.
