there is no password you just have to go into the place where you play on the machine.then go up to the desk.go to your right till you see a team rocket grunt.talk to him and then he will battle you.defeat him and he will say he needs to go tell his boss that a kid is going to find there hideout. when he is gone,you go up to the place he was standing at ,face foward.then press a then it will say do you want to flip the switch.say yes then automaticily there will be a pair of stairs .once you go down them you will have entered there hideout.
