You can only receive money on a V6 Tamagotchi music star, if a special character is at the door, or if you band makes it's pro debut. A tamagotchi that's generation is greater than 1 will receive gifts from it's parents. A baby Tamagotchi may inherit some of it's parents money and items. I'm pretty sure that there are no shop codes for v6. So that's pretty much the only way you can get money. Good luck!
