Skull shirts are in two places :
- on the Goth girl in the Spider Cave below Main Street (Early Poptropica)
- on the Goth contestant Sickly Skull (Reality TV island)
The purple fluffy skirt may also show up on a Reality TV player, but it does not seem to be a regular dress on any of the islands. Sometimes these items appear on the temporary ad-games. You can save them using the Costume Saver in the Poptropica Store.
