in regirocks cave you walk in and then walk up three spaces and use surf, go four spaces right and use strength, go eight spaces up and use rock smash.

in registeels cave you walk up to the front wall and use fly

Regice continuously raining place little cave Regirock under the sea maybe where the sub was Registeel meteor cave i think transfer them immediately here is the walkthrough to go to seal chamber and stuff needed: HM SURF, HM DIVE, HM FLASH HM ROCK SMASH, TM DIG, lot of ultra balls, probably 10-30 timer balls, wailord and relicanth, and if you don't like Pokemon then also max repel. first, go to pacifidlog town and use surf on the left side(<-). second, go to the current from the bottom including the one that is behind the rock if you start from the left 8 times up after and go down the current. third, when you land you might have to fight but after go to the rock at the very end and go 1 step above and walk left as far as you can (not including hack of surf) and then use then use surf while your guy/girl looks left and after you reach the end (you land on a old man) ether go up of down. fourth, go to the place on that island that you cannot go any further down and use surf again downwards. fifth, you will land on regular water so go to the place on that water that you cannot go any further left and go on the current an you land on a island. next, go to the place on that island that you cannot go any further down, use surf downwards and you land on a island, go to the bottom-left of the island, take 2-3 steps upwards and use surf leftwards. after that, you will reach the sealed chamber so use dive, follow the road until you sell dots(you have to read this braille so press a when you see something on the wall) and go up there. you should be at sealed chamber and go to the very end and you find 3 blocks of braille( dots). dig in the middle one and you open another chamber. then make sure wailord is is at the front and relicanth is at the end, go to the end and you will see more blocks of braille. press a then, it shout say that you here doors unlock and get out. finally, get the reggies. Wailord and Relicanth in your party, Dig, Rock Smash, Surf, Dive, Cut, and you must know the three caves. one is a short surf north from Dewford Town, One is in the desert to the north of Mauville City, and one is south from Fortree City if you come out from the left side. You have to go to pacifidlog town with wailord, relicanth, dig, surf, dive, and a little bit of common sense. The rest is in the video. First comes relicanth last comes wailord to open the doors to the regi's you need to catch a relicanth and evolve a wailmer you also need a Pokemon that knows dig. successfuly get to the spot where you can dive on route 134. on your pokenav it will say sealed chamber and ocean currents. dive and you'll come to some brail writing, it says to resurface. you go the end of the room and put wailord first and relicanth last and use dig a door will open up and again go the end and read the sign then exit and read it again until shaking comes. it should say three doors opened up.

regice is on route 105 the island cave to the left if your going down. when you get into the cave go to the end and run a lap clockwise without hitting the walls if done successfully the door will open up and regice awaits.

registeel is on route 120 in the sand tomb. to open the door you need to go to th iddle of the room and use flash. registeel awaits.

the last Pokemon is regirock. he is on route 111 in the desert ruins. go to the end and walk left, left down, down, then use rock smash. the door will open if done successfully and regirock awaits. Regice The cave of Regice is northwest of Dewford island. There is Braille in the back of the cave of Regice. The statement reads "Stay close to the wall. Run around the lap." Registeel

To find the cave of Registeel, go to Lilycove City. Go west through the grass and trainers. When you reach the area of the Safari Zone, keep moving. You will reach a place with a girl. Just above her are stairs. You must go up. Go through the very tall grass and go up the stairs behind it. The cave will not be too far after the stairs. Once inside, read the Braille at the back of the room. It reads "Those who inherit our will, shine in the middle." The riddle means that you should go to the middle of the room and use Flash. The cave door will open. Be careful with Registeel. This Pokemon is more difficult than the others to capture. Try bringing a lot of Ultra Balls or prolong the battle as long as you can by freezing it or putting it to sleep. After many turns the Timer Ball will have gained a lot of strength, and it might work against the Registeel.
