first you give kakashi a new scroll from the set, then meet him at ichiraku, naruto will go inside and ask about kakashi's face, they will tell him nothing, later go back to kakashi and give a special scroll from the set, meet him at ichiraku again, and he will say he is in a hurry and give it to you. the details are a little fuzzy

∙ 15y agoFirst go to that guy that sales you stuff with the blue flag and basket on his back. Push X on him and buy NEW SCROLL SET and SPECIAL SCROLL SET. Then go and jump on a building with a full green roof top. Then jump on that legde that kakashi is usually standing on. If he's not there leave and come back. You may have to do this a few times. Give him NEW SCROLL SET. Then go to the ramen shop and kakashi should be standing around outside. Talk to him and the the to of you will eat ramen. After he will be outside the ramen shop again. Give him SPECIAL SCROLL SET and you two will eat ramen again. He will have to leave so he will give a scarred headband. Hope this helps!!!!
