The Secret Slab will pop up as a job on the Job List in Wigglytuff's Guild and will say something like " Help me search for the Secret Slab. I hear that it has amazing powers."
If you don't want to wait for it to pop up on the Job List, then you can use the Wondermail code for it. Here it is!
