Well i already beated the game and realized you dont actually need it.Bcuz all i did was get all the other things and i nvr needed the shifty shaft..WELL let me get to the point now :P you get from sharon.the kayake woman...u have to beat like the time or win the race :P ENJOY!hope it works!
