well, i have conquered fable and got every weapon, armour and silver key in the game, and i also have skorms bow, here how to get it.
1. get 10 people to follow you from the nearest town or village( i used oakvale) then take the top exit out of oakvale and then go into the entrance/exit to darkwood (the best time to do so is just before night)
2. now this is the hard part, once your in darkwood you have to keep EVERYBODY alive! none can die or you have to start again, then keep runing as fast as you can (whilst protecting your followers from monsters) and keep going through the exit gates, then i think once you reach a camp you will be safe and you can restock on potions or watever.
3. now walk into the temple of skorm just before midnight with you 10 followers still alive and turn the volume up, now this is the important bit, at EXACTLY midnight you must sacrifice you 10 followers to the temple, you will know its midnight because the second its midnight you will hear the sound of a guards voice sayin to go to bed or something, if you do this exactly right you will have a good chance of getting it =]] so good luck everyone
P.S, this is very hard, even for me i found this very difficult and it even took me a couple of times to do, but if you don't get it the first time don't worry you will eventually get it

the best range weapon would be skorms bow, the sword with the highest damage would be the solus greatsword, but the best sword would be either avo's tear if your good, or sword of Aeons if your evil (they both have equal stats), due to them high damage and being lighter fast weapons as oppose to the slow heavy solus greatsword.
On fable lost chapters how do you deafeat the white balverine?
You will get a silver augmentation from the hunters wife, and you can put it in your bow or your sword (recommended sword) and then just go kill it with that weapon good luck!!!
Has fable lost chapters got fable 1 2 3?
In Fable: The Lost Chapters, there aren't actually any classes. What there is however, is different types of weapons and spells which can change what you are. For example, a 'Witch hunter' is a hero who uses a bow with spells. So you don't specifically "choose" your class and that class only permits you using particular weapons/spells, instead you can shape your class to become Warrior, Mage etc. Classes don't matter in the game I believe they're just there to make the game more interesting. The best ranged weapon (bow+crossbow) is without doubt Skorm's Bow, attainable at the Darkwood Chapel of Skorm. I've gotten mine by heading there at midnight and sacrificing a townsperson from Barrow Fields, though some people have had success at other times in the day.

Is you mean Skorm's the best in the game recruit one of the mercenaries that occupies Oakvale/Bowerstone South or the Temple of Avo/Twinblade's Camp. For the time of sacrifice you must look at your alignment bar. A fully evil character will have to make the sacrifice just before sunset or while the time bar is in the dead center of night and fully good character just after dawn. You should look at the time in the top right corner of your screen to help timing. Obtaining the bow has to do with your alignment. A fully good character will get it on the first try; however, an evil character will find it harder to obtain.
