How do you get the sky book in Zelda twilight princess?

When you clear the hidden village of all of the 25 monsters (bulbins) go speak with the lady who comes out of the house. She will give you Llia's charm. Take out the Dominion Rod and she will give you the sky book. Go back to Llia and show her the Llia's charm the woman just gave you. Her memory will be restored and she will give you the charm and it is actually a Horse Whistle! Now you can call Epona whenever you want. Go to the basement and talk to the guy down there. Show him the Sky Book and he will say something from the book, leave and the Dominion Rod will be restored to its original self. Go around Hyrule and move the statues and you will get Sky Characters. Go back to where the man was with all of the Sky characters found. He will say something from the book and now you can move that statue in front of you. Inside there will be a cannon. The guy will walk in and ask how did you move the statue? Walk up to him and ask him to leave and have Minda warp the cannon to Lake Hylia. Talk to the guy running the attraction ride and select his repair option and he will fix the cannon for a ton of rupees. Hookshot into the bottom of the cannon and you will be shot into the City In The Sky.
