My son figured it out, the tow truck guy didn't even know how to do it. There is a little plastic cap inside the car. You use the jack to lower down the tire from inside the car. (basically from sitting in the drivers seat, between the two front seats you will see a little gray cap. Part of the jack will fit in, then you turn it. You also need to do this to bring back up where the tire was.
