To release the spare tire cable on a Chrysler Pacifica, first, locate the access hole or panel typically found in the rear cargo area. Use the provided tool or a wrench to turn the release mechanism or bolt counterclockwise until the cable is loose. Once released, you can lower the spare tire from its storage position. Always ensure the vehicle is on a flat surface and take safety precautions while performing this task.
Only one spare was offered by Chrysler.
No, it does not.
There wasn't a 2015 Chrysler Pacifica. In 2015 there was a Chrysler Town and Country. It's spare , if equipped, is located under the van below the front row seats. Most did not come with a spare tire.
Yes
The temporary spare is rated for 50 mph.
To replace the spare tire on a 2006 Chrysler Pacifica you will need to use the wire to hoist up the tire and use the lug wrench to hold it back into place.
Underneath the rear, behind the axle.
remove back covered area and use jack to reel tire down.
Hi, The spare tire is underneath the rear of your Pacifica. However, to lower it, you will have to open the back hatch and open the floor compartment. In the middle of the compartment you will see a place where you have to fit the lug wrench onto. Then after it is fitted on, you will have to keep spinning the lug wrench to the left until the spare tire is lowered onto the ground. Then you will have to release the cable that lowered the spare tire down from the vehicle. Next, take the flat tire off and install the spare tire. Then take your flat tire to the nearest decent tire store or car garage and have them either fix the flat, or replace the tire if it is ruined. Then after you get the tire back, take the spare off and put the good tire back on again. Happy Traveling!
Check behind the second row seating. There's a storage area, but you have to pull up on it from the sides. I have to lower the seats to get access to it in mine.
it is under the back of the vehicle. When you open the tailgate, there is a small floor compartment you have to open and use the lug nut wrench to lower the plate that the tire is on
The cable did just long enough to pull to the side of the van.
