First, you must beat Unicorn Way. The story quests MUST be beat. Then go to Triton Avenue, Firecat Alley, or Cyclopes Lane and beat them all. You will unlock Collosus Bulevard. Beat it. Then Merle will give you some quests. Be best to beat 'em all. Then you must beat Lord Nightshade. After that, Merle Ambrose will tell you to talk to Bartleby. He will open himself, and you can use the door to travel to Krokotopia. By then, you should be an Adept wizard at around Level 23-25

you first must beat lord nightshade in wizard city and then go back to ambrose who will give ya a spiral key to krokotopia.and so on with other worlds you complete enough quests to make it to the next. the only exception is grizzleheim really.
