You talk to the man and he says that there is a strange object under the deck. Then you jump on the wooden plank that is attached to the rope until it stops. After that, you climb up the wooden planks on your right. Then you jump on the other wooden plank attached to the rope and ride it until it stops. Then you jump to your left and then jump on the last wooden plank attached to the rope. Last, you jump off and hit the strange object, and you automatically collect it.
