You just have to keep picking up salvage and trading until you can afford it.
You begin with the raft, and when you have enough doubloons, you can buy an actual ship at Dragon Cove. Then, as you earn more doubloons, you can buy the next larger ship, which will have more cargo space and more cannons. By trading up, you earn doubloons faster. When you have saved up 500,000 doubloons, you can borrow another 500,000 from the Golden Harbor Bank and quickly get to the shipbuilder to buy the Phoenix Warbird (the only ship that can beat Captain Crawfish). Along with the Phoenix, you must also hire the Shipwright and the Cannoneer, to increase your fighting ability.
Just dock in an island and your ship (or raft) will fully heal.
The cannons on your ship!
You go into any harbor.
No. To sail a ship, go to Skullduggery Island.
You can trade your ship in when you buy a larger one.
you have to get doubloons by trading grain silk medicine and spice (go around all of the islands on skullduggery)
You repair your ship by pulling into any harbor. You can upgrade your ship at the ship builder's at Dragon Cove.
you dive to were your ship(raft)is and you swim till you get to sand
Once you've gotten to the Japanese island you go to the guy selling ships and if you have enough money you can buy a bigger ship.
The only ship you go on is your own. You begin with the raft and you buy larger ships as you can afford them.
When you have enough doubloons, from salvage or trade, you can buy a larger ship at the Shipbuilder on Dragon Cove.
Once you defeat Captain Crawfish, and collect all five map pieces, you can go to the new island (Skullduggery) and dig up the buried treasure. Before you have done these two tasks, the island has no purpose. After Captain Crawfish has been chased away, the Governor will give you the treasure location and bone shovel. (In order to beat Captain Crawfish, you will need the strongest ship, the Phoenix Warbird.)
