Try Sea Glow.

I believe that is the only way of taking yellow off 5s. (sea glow only works on 5s,6,and 11s) there might be more but those are examples of what sea glow will work for. But the seaglow will only work on the SOLES of the shoe... since the 5s,6s, and 11s sole is made of almost similar materials. Try Sea Glow.
