technically yes. There can be censored and their isn't as much sexual things on there unlike IMVU. Sadly though the fun there game has been shut down

Second Life is statistically the better game, it is far larger and more developed than There.com. There.com was created earlier than Second Life though it was closed in 2010 and reopened in 2012.

im not sure but its a 50 outta 100 chance it might because in the formus they said "TO MAKE CHANGES" so they may be improving the world and it may re-open! :D like i said there is a 50 outta 100 chance!!:D
